EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

2026 Ram 5500 Crew Cab Laramie 4x4 Crew Cab with Custom Maintainer Signature 2 Series w/11' Mechanic Body All Aluminum with

1. Globe Tag-a-Long 20-Ton Model#20TA129068 to transport Equipment and supplies to Jobsite
2. Jekko JCX80 Telescopic Crawler Crane 
3. Caterpillar 305 CR Mini Excavator with Pile Driving Attachment 

FIRST DAY PROVISIONS

• Stop by Lowe's pro Desk to order 12"x12"x20' Timber 
• Then go by Job site to drone the area with Motorized LCD Screen to see how to set 4"x4"x16' Post to Nail up a Shelf for string line for Pile Driving into the soil 15' Deep 
• Check Blueprints to see height of Stilts
• I will pick up (20) 4x4x16 Post from Lowe's to Pile Drive for 3 Plane Laser Level Line to get my columns or stilts within 1/16" of Center

The 2nd day as the Fabricator and Installer.

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

2026 Ram 5500 Crew Cab Laramie 4x4 Crew Cab with Custom Maintainer Signature 2 Series w/11' Mechanic Body All Aluminum with

1. Caterpillar 305 CR Mini Excavator with Pile Driving Attachment 
2. Measuring Wheel the circumference of the the outside of the Stilts Prep Area (100' x 150') Putting a Paint Mark every 20' an "X" for 4x4 post to be pile driven into the ground 6' with 10' Expose
3. Purchasing (4) Bosch 400' Green 360 Degrees Leveling 3 Plane Laser
4. Placing a Plane Lase on Right side Front going to the rear of my location on the 4x4 Post for the Center Stilts 
5. Placing a Line Level in the rear on my left side of center stilt for level grade shing Laser onto 4x4 post
6. Placing a Plane Laser on my far right in front on me with line laser going to the left side on a 4x4 post
7. Pacing a Plane Laser on my Left Rear of the Stilts going to the right to be shinning on 4x4 post
8. Once all the Plane Laser are set. I will walk and mark the 15'x15' area for the main house stilts

The 3rd day as the Fabricator and Installer.

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

2026 Ram 5500 Crew Cab Laramie 4x4 Crew Cab with Custom Maintainer Signature 2 Series w/11' Mechanic Body All Aluminum with

1. Caterpillar 305 CR Mini Excavator with Pile Driving Attachment 
2. Will Pile Drive the 12"x 12" x 20' Post One at Top and Bottom and left and right within 15' and one dead center
3. After Pile Driving i will compact the soil and leave the 12"x12 Post sticking out of the ground by 5' 
4. Then i will Park the Cat 305 and set up the Jekko JCX 80 beside the Ram 5500 and i will Setting the Luffing Jib to be over the Center Main House Stilt
5. I would of call Lowe's of Rocky Mount, NC to order more (48) 4x4x20 Post for setting the forms for pouring concrete
6. I would also order (24) 23/32" x 4' x 8' Plywood  

The 4th day as the Fabricator and Installer.

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

2026 Ram 5500 Crew Cab Laramie 4x4 Crew Cab with Custom Maintainer Signature 2 Series w/11' Mechanic Body All Aluminum with

1. Caterpillar 305 CR Mini Excavator with Pile Driving Attachment 
2. Genie S65 Telescopic Boom Lift
3. I will tie a Sling unto a 4x4 Post and hold it strait up level by the Jekko Crane and i will then Use The Ram 5500 Crane to lift plywood and i will use the Jekko Crane and the Maintainer Crane on Ram 5500 to installed the 4x4 post in the middle of each plywood on the bottom of the form. The Post need to be 5' from the bottom edge of each plywood in the center. At the top i will need 7' from top of plywood to the top of 4x4 post.     
4. Once i pile drive (8) 4x4 post with Plywood into the ground 5' I will ten place a 4x4 post on each corner of the plywood 6" from edge to secure the footing of the form to the ground as i build up
5. I will then connect the 4x4 post to have 27' Tall 4x4 post out of the ground for a total of 24 Post at 27' Tall
6. I would use the Jekko Crane to pick up Plywood and keep the remote around my neck and get on Genie with Metabo Cordless Finisher Nailer to nail the plywood to the 4x4 post. The Post on the outside

The 5th day as the Fabricator and Installer.

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

2026 Ram 5500 Crew Cab Laramie 4x4 Crew Cab with Custom Maintainer Signature 2 Series w/11' Mechanic Body All Aluminum with

1. Lincoln Electric Flextrex 350X Construction - Welder Bay with Lines at Rear
2. Lincoln Electric Flexcut 125 Plasma Cutter Bay
3. Dewalt Cordless & Metabo Cordless Bay
4. Topcon 2,000' Green Rotary Laser Surveying Bay w/Lidar Drone Survey 
5. I will use the Jekko crane with a 4 chain sling to pick up 4 20' rebar vertical. I will take my plasma cutter to cut (8) 20' rebar into 15' pieces, I will connect the bottom 1' up to make a rectangle on the bottom
6. I will get in the Genie to do the top at 3" Down 
7. Once i tact weld the rebar to make it stand in place
8. I will pick one rebar at a time and tack weld it 1' Space on one side only. Repeat step until one side has 15 Rebar vertical.

The 6th day as the Fabricator and Installer.

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

2026 Ram 5500 Crew Cab Laramie 4x4 Crew Cab with Custom Maintainer Signature 2 Series w/11' Mechanic Body All Aluminum with

1. Lincoln Electric Flextrex 350X Construction - Welder Bay with Lines at Rear
2. Lincoln Electric Flexcut 125 Plasma Cutter Bay
3. Dewalt Cordless & Metabo Cordless Bay
4. Topcon 2,000' Green Rotary Laser Surveying Bay w/Lidar Drone Survey 
5. I will use the Jekko Crane to lift a Rebar Horizontally to connect the outside rebar at 12" from bottom by stick welding. I would continue the outside until i get to the top and start another column.
6. I will repeat this process until i have finished

The 7th day as the Fabricator and Installer.

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

2026 Ram 5500 Crew Cab Laramie 4x4 Crew Cab with Custom Maintainer Signature 2 Series w/11' Mechanic Body All Aluminum with

1. Lincoln Electric Flextrex 350X Construction - Welder Bay with Lines at Rear
2. Lincoln Electric Flexcut 125 Plasma Cutter Bay
3. Dewalt Cordless & Metabo Cordless Bay
4. Topcon 2,000' Green Rotary Laser Surveying Bay w/Lidar Drone Survey 
5. Pick up Rebar Frame and set it inside Plywood Forms
6. After Setting the Rebar. I will allow the Concrete Pumper to come in to pour 1,500 Cubic Yards
7. The 12"x12 Post is anchors in the ground to prevent from sinking.
