What is your Goal as Being Pro Sales Specialist?

At the end of 4th Quarter in 2025. We at Rocky Mount, NC Store# 547 was rank 20th Overall and Leading the State of North Carolina in Numerous Categories.

My business minded personality asked my Department Manager who was #1 and Google. The answer was Burbank, CA.

I was born in the Baptist Church however in 1993 i was introduced to Allah as a Muslim and on my fast. I asked Allah for several things.

  1. Be a better Husband
  2. Be a Better Parent
  3. Be a Better Pro Sales Specialist
  4. Be a Better Businessman
  5. Knowledge to obtain Shippers in Business
  6. House, Car and Family Setting to Share Life With Your Daughter as a Gift back to Allah. A tear of Joy of establishing a Love he intended man to have at creation
  7. Capital Ford (2024 Cadillac CT5 Blackwing in a manual)

My goal is to make repeatedly $100k sales. That maybe me becoming a heavy and general construction company owner. My prayer was the store with my help become Top 10. I asked Allah for that. It might be as a business owner. My goal is #1 however top 10 will be an accomplishment.

That means fast growing metro area. That mean real estate flipping. This city is growing and if we can supply the builder a customer service brand we have a customer for life.

To be a property manager, you generally need a high school diploma, relevant experience (often 2-3 years), and must meet state-specific licensing requirements, which in places like North Carolina, means getting a real estate broker's license by taking courses, passing an exam, and undergoing background checks, along with ongoing education. While some roles are entry-level with experience, professional management often requires formal licensure and adherence to strict state laws for handling tenant funds and legal processes like evictions, with voluntary certifications available for advanced skills.

  • Age: Must be at least 18 or 19 years old.
  • Citizenship/Residency: May need to be a U.S. citizen or qualified alien, with some states requiring residency.
  • Trustworthiness: Background checks, fingerprinting, and credit checks are common.

State-Specific Licensing (e.g., North Carolina)

  • Broker's License: Most professional property managers in NC need an active broker's license.
  • Pre-Licensing: Complete a 75-hour broker pre-licensing course.
  • Exam: Pass the state licensing exam.
  • Post-Licensing: Complete 90 hours of post-licensing courses within 18 months.
  • Continuing Education: Complete 8 hours of continuing education annually.

  • Legal Compliance: Following state laws for evictions, leases, and fair housing.
  • Tenant Relations: Communication, conflict resolution, and handling emergency response.
  • Marketing & Leasing: Advertising vacancies and screening tenants.

  • Certifications like Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) add credibility.
