I was familiarized with Construction in 1998 by Mr. Albano Graco (Portuguese Grade Phenom). A legend in grading, concrete, pipe laying and demolition.

I was enlightened about being a Grade Foremen by Mr. Ray Walhour and Mr. Guy Centennial to be a professional Grade Foremen in 1996.

Mr. James Robinson (Father) and Mr. Calvin Robinson (Cousin) has indoctrinated me on operating heavy equipment for grading and paving through Local 825 Operating Engineer (I.U.O.E.)

Mr. Joe Logan (Business Agent / Local 825), adopted me through the union to teach me about the duties of a Lead Engineer on a job site and how to work with fellow brothers’ and sisters’ in the union.
