Naomi Jeanette Robinson Logistics Group is a licensed freight forwarder. We own our company

  1. We have our own DOT Operating Authority, In which all Owner Operator must hide their Authority to pull our Moving Van Trailer, Enclosed Car Transporter, Open Car Transporter, Conestoga, Refrigerated, Dry Van Trailers freight as a sub-contractor
  2. We have our own brokering authority. We hire Teamster International Union of Brotherhood and Sisterhood Warehousing Department as other freight brokers.
  3. We have the most risk, it is very important to do business with a union structure


Our Goal is to Hire Teamsters Local 391 Warehouse Division in Raleigh, NC is a W-2 freight Forwarder Representatives to operate our equipment inside and outside of our warehouse.


The Teamster Local 391 Shop Steward works under N.J.R. Logistics Group Forwarding department and controls all warehousing operation in all warehousing as a hiring agent and Safety Director.  The Shop Steward is paid as an employee, with union benefits, workman’s compensation insurance, etc. 

  1. The Shop Steward is a base salary of $100,000.00 plus commission, The Shop Steward pay is directly related to their performance.


N.J.R. Logistics Group vision is to have several 1099 freight brokers. They broker freight for N.J.R. Logistics Group with their own freight broker license and work as independent contractors rather than employees. 

  1. All Independent Freight Brokers are self paid $100,000.00
  2. All Independent Freight Brokers have Range Rover Autobiography Long Wheelbase Seven Seats
  3. All Independent Freight Brokers pay taxes quarterly. The Gross Income Tax is the Overall Gross Income. Business Expenses is Helicopter and jet operation cost as tax write off
